Terms of Service

These terms govern use of the KRAGOS platform at kragos.app and its related services. By accessing or using the service you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
1. Who we are
KRAGOS is operated by Ecopackaging (Pty) Ltd, registration number 2014/032538/07, VAT number 4530265216, of 750 Nieuwhout Street, Garsfontein, Pretoria, 0081, South Africa, trading as KRAGOS. Contact: francois@kragos.app.
2. The service
KRAGOS is an AI-assisted business operating system. It holds an organisation's operational state, presents it through working surfaces, and carries out delegated tasks. Actions that change state or send anything outward require an explicit human approval; the platform proposes, a person releases.
3. Accounts and access
- Access is by account only. You are responsible for activity under your account.
- You must give accurate registration information and keep it current.
- We may suspend or end access for breach of these terms or for unlawful use.
4. Acceptable use
You may not use the service to break the law, infringe anyone's rights, send unsolicited bulk messages, attempt to gain unauthorised access to any system, interfere with the service's operation, or reverse engineer it except to the extent the law permits.
5. Connected third-party services
KRAGOS can connect to services you already use, on your instruction, using their published interfaces. Where it does, that provider's own terms continue to apply to your account with them. You may disconnect any such connection at any time from within that provider's settings, from within KRAGOS, or by writing to us. Content KRAGOS creates on a connected service on your behalf is created in the manner you authorised, and where a provider supports drafts, it is created as a draft for you to review and publish yourself.
6. Your content
You keep ownership of everything you put into the service. You grant us only the permission needed to host, process and display it in order to provide the service to you.
7. Our intellectual property
The KRAGOS platform, its software, design and documentation are owned by us and are not transferred to you. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service while your account is active.
8. Availability
We work to keep the service available but do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may change, suspend or withdraw features, and will give reasonable notice of material changes where we can.
9. Liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, the service is provided as-is, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, revenue or data. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
10. Privacy
Personal information is handled as set out in our Privacy Policy.
11. Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be reflected in the date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notified to account holders.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa, and the South African courts have jurisdiction.
